If I sell do I have to move or can I rent back?
You can rent back! As you consider the home to be yours already you’re more than likely to take more care of it, for this reason and others we are more than happy for you to stay in the property.

Is there a maximum rental period?
No, you will sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement and can stay as long as you want. We are a company who own several properties which we rent out some with long term tenants.

How long does the process take for a cash sale?
Usually within 4 weeks but if you want longer we can work to your timescales.

What if I’m about to be Repossessed?
Not a problem we can still help, even with the legal side.

Do you help towards legal fees?
Yes we contribute up to £500 towards your legal fees.

Do you help towards HIP fees?
Yes we contribute up to £250 towards your HIP fees.

Do you charge me anything?
No, in fact we contribute towards your fees (Legal & HIPS) – see above.

Is there a valuation fee?
No, we take care of valuations. These are done by an independent surveyor so we get a ‘fair’ valuation of your property. The final offer would be based on the surveyor’s valuation.

What is the average % below Market Value that you offer?
We typically offer between 75% and 85% of Market Value.
